The structural system of the project includes an RCC framed structure designed for seismic compliance (Zone 3), with masonry of 200mm for external walls and 100mm for internal walls. The floor-to-floor height (including the slab) is 3000mm, and an anti-termite treatment will be carried out. The living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, utility, and lobby are finished with two coats of putty, one coat of primer, and two coats of emulsion paint. The ceiling is also finished with two coats of putty, one coat of primer, and two coats of emulsion paint, while the exterior faces of the building are finished with one coat of primer and two coats of emulsion paint with a color according to the architect's design. The kitchen platform is finished with a granite slab that is 600mm wide at a height of 800mm from the finished floor level. The project also includes a range of appliances and fixtures, including electrical points for a chimney and water purifier, CP fittings of American Standard/Kohler or equivalent, a sink of quartz single bowl without drain board for 1BHK and with drain board for 2, 3 & 4BHK, MS handrails as per the architect's design, sanitary fixtures of American Standard/Kohler or equivalent, floor-mounted WCs with cistern, health faucet, single-lever diverter, counter-top washbasin, rain shower, and hand shower.
The main door is a wide and fancy door of size 3'6" x 7'0" of good quality African teak wood frame, with shutters of laminated finish and architrave. The ironmongeries include a biometric door lock of Dorma/equivalent, tower bolts, door viewer, safety latch, and magnetic catcher in SS finish. The bedroom doors feature a good quality door frame with sink-moulded shutters of size (3'0" x 7'0"), and the ironmongeries include a door lock of Godrej/equivalent locks, thumb turn with key, magnetic catcher, tower bolt, etc
